(hereinafter " BetterGambling")

1. BASIC INFORMATION

  1. 1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter " Terms") govern the conclusion of contracts between BetterGambling and its Client (hereinafter the " Client") and the related legal relations, if such contract is concluded through the website www.sazeni-on-line.eu (hereinafter the " Website"). These Terms shall also govern contracts concluded by means other than through the Website if BetterGambling expressly refers to them. The Website is an informative site covering information from the world of sports, computer games and gambling and Clients have the possibility to purchase the service of (i) publishing a review about their operation and (ii) participating in an auction for a position in the ranking of gambling operators (hereinafter " Products").
  2. 1.2. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a contract between BetterGambling and the Client, the contract shall apply to the extent of the conflict.
  3. 1.3. These Terms are binding on both parties, i.e. the Client and BetterGambling, as of the conclusion of the contract between them in accordance with other provisions of these Terms. The provisions of these Terms form an integral part of the Contract.
  4. 1.4. The contract and these Terms are drawn up and concluded in English language.
  5. 1.5. BetterGambling notes that the wording of these Terms is subject to change. However, any such change shall not affect any rights or obligations existing prior to the change in the Terms. The Client agrees to the current version of the Terms each time it enters into a contract with BetterGambling.
  6. 1.6. By accepting these Terms, the Client declares that it is a gambling operator and at the same time the holder of a basic licence to operate the gambling game pursuant to Act No. 186/2016 Coll. on Gambling (hereinafter " Gambling Act").
  7. 1.7. Due to the nature of the Products, persons other than Clients (in particular consumers acting outside the scope of their business or outside the scope of their independent practice of their profession or gambling operators without a licence under the Gambling Act) cannot enter into a contract with BetterGambling on the basis of these Terms.
  8. 1.8. BetterGambling may deviate from these Terms in offering Products listed on the Website and may also deviate from the processes described in these terms and conditions. In such event, the information provided on the Website shall prevail.

2. COMMON PROVISIONS TO CONTRACTS

  1. 2.1. The Products offered on the Website are listed with the current price and other information about the Products and their possible uses. The prices of the Products are shown on the Website inclusive of related charges, excluding any additional or optional services. Where BetterGambling provides discounts to the Client, they cannot be combined with each other unless BetterGambling specifies otherwise.
  2. 2.2. The Client agrees to the use of remote means of communication for the conclusion of contracts. The costs of using remote means of communication incurred by the Client in order to conclude the contract (e.g. costs of internet connection, costs of telephone calls, etc.) shall be borne by the Client. BetterGambling does not charge any special fees in this regard and the amount of such costs shall be governed by the legal relationship between the Client and the relevant provider of such services from which the Client obtains such services.
  3. 2.3. The Client declares that all information, commitments and representations to which it commits by accepting these Terms and which it provides in connection with ordering Products and registration of the Client Account described below, or in any other agreements or communications between it and BetterGambling, are true and correct. Client agrees to notify BetterGambling immediately of any changes to such information. BetterGambling expressly advises that it shall not be liable for any damage or complications caused by the provision of incorrect or false information; the Client acknowledges this fact. The Client undertakes to indemnify BetterGambling for any damage caused by the provision of incorrect or false information.
  4. 2.4. As part of the sale of the Products, the parties enter into a contract for the provision of the Products (hereinafter the " Contract").

3. CLIENT ACCOUNT

  1. 3.1. Products may only be purchased by registered Clients, i.e. Clients who meet the conditions set out in paragraph 1.6 of these Terms and who create a Client Account (hereinafter " Client Account").
  2. 3.2. Client registration can be done on the Website via the Log In button.
  3. 3.3. The Client shall fill in and upload the following information to his/her profile , of which the information marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory:
    1. 3.3.1. identification data of the company: name*, identification number*, registered office*;
    2. 3.3.2. company logo;
    3. 3.3.3. bank and billing details *;
    4. 3.3.4. contact details (e-mail and telephone number) of the person authorised to act for the company*;
    5. 3.3.5. link to the company's website.
  4. 3.4. By creating the registration and accepting these Terms, the Client declares that it complies with the terms of paragraph 1.6 of these Terms.
  5. 3.5. In case the Client already has a user account, it can change its user account to a Client Account after logging in via the Log In button. When changing the user account to the Client Account, the missing information required under paragraph 3.3 of these Terms will be completed.
  6. 3.6. BetterGambling does not guarantee account functionality. BetterGambling may cancel the Client Account at any time without giving any reason. Cancellation of the Account shall not affect the duration of any Contract the parties entered into.
  7. 3.7. The Client is obliged to use his Client Account in good faith, in accordance with good morals and legal regulations. The Client is further obliged to use it Client Account in a manner that does not harm the functioning of the Website, BetterGambling or other Clients.

4. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

  1. 4.1 If this procedure is available on the Website, the Contract is concluded as follows:
    1. 4.1.1. the Client logs into the Client Account;
    2. 4.1.2. the Client selects the type and, if applicable, the variant of the Products and places them in the electronic shopping cart (hereinafter the " Cart");
    3. 4.1.3. the Cart displays a list and overview of all the Client's items placed in the Cart, the price of each selected Product, the total price for all items in the Cart. At this point, the Client can change the contents of the Cart and remove items from it or adjust the quantity of the selected Products
    4. 4.1.4. the Client then selects the method of payment for the Products;
    5. 4.1.5. the data required for the purchase of the Products is automatically filled in according to the data in the Client Account, additional information may be required for individual Products as specified in paragraph 6.2 for Reviews and paragraph 7.3 for Auctions;
    6. 4.1.6. the Website allows the Client to see a recapitulation of its order, including the chosen payment method. The Client can change the content of its order and return to previous steps. The Client submits the order by pressing the "ORDER" button;
    7. 4.1.7. After submitting the order, the Website displays a summary of the Client's order to the Client, and this summary and confirmation of acceptance of the order is immediately sent to the Client's e-mail address that the Client provided when creating the order or that is listed in the Client's Account (hereinafter the " Client's e-mail"). Upon delivery of the confirmation of acceptance of the order to the Client's e-mail, the Contract is concluded. The confirmation is accompanied by BetterGambling's current terms and conditions.
  2. 4.2 The Contract may also be concluded in another manner agreed upon by the Client and BetterGambling. If the Contract refers to these Terms and Conditions, it shall be governed by them. If the Client and BetterGambling agree, the Client may communicate the information necessary for provision of Products in a different manner than directly through the Website.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  1. 5.1. Based on the concluded Contract, the Client agrees to pay BetterGambling the price for the Products and any other agreed payments (hereinafter " Additional Payments"). BetterGambling agrees to provide the Client with the services in accordance with the selected Products, which are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
  2. 5.2. The Client agrees to pay the price for the Products (hereinafter the " Purchase Price") together with any Additional Payments (together the "Payment") in one of the following ways:
    1. 5.2.1. payment by cryptocurrency (e.g. Bitcoin, Tether);
    2. 5.2.2. cashless via Skrill;
    3. 5.2.3. by bank transfer.
  3. 5.3. Payments made by the methods set out in paragraph 5.2 of these Terms are due within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation by the Client. Such payments shall be deemed to have been paid when the relevant amount is credited to BetterGambling's account.
  4. 5.4. If the Client fails to make payment in full within the time period set out in paragraph 5.3, BetterGambling may terminate the Contract and shall have no obligation to provide the Products to the Client. If BetterGambling withdraws from the Contract, this shall not extinguish its right to compensation for any damages incurred.
  5. 5.5. Upon full payment of the Payment, BetterGambling shall issue a tax document - invoice to the Client for the Payment made, which shall be sent to the Client electronically to the Client's E-mail. By entering into the Contract, the Client agrees to this procedure and the electronic sending of the invoice.
  6. 5.6. The Client may submit a complaint regarding the payment via the email address  official@bettergambling.eu.

6. REVIEW

  1. 6.1. The Website Products include the Client's option through the Website to request a review of the Client's operation to be written and published on the Website and pay a set price for such review (hereinafter the " Review").
  2. 6.2. The Client can order the Review through his Client Account and shall provide the following information about his operation in the order:
    1. 6.2.1. affiliate link - web address of the reviewed operation;
    2. 6.2.2. logos and other graphics;
    3. 6.2.3. basic information about operation;
    4. 6.2.4. information as stated in points 6.3.1. to 6.3.10.
  3. 6.3. The Review will include at least a description and specification of the Client's operation and a detailed description and evaluation of Client's:
    1. 6.3.1. bonuses;
    2. 6.3.2. games, platform and design;
    3. 6.3.3. security and credibility;
    4. 6.3.4. mobile apps;
    5. 6.3.5. payment methods;
    6. 6.3.6. customer support;
    7. 6.3.7. live betting / live streams;
    8. 6.3.8. odds offer;
    9. 6.3.9. safety and licences;
    10. 6.3.10. localization and conditions;
    11. 6.3.11. overall evaluation of the Client's operation.
  4. 6.4. The exact specification and price of the Review is listed on the Website.
  5. 6.5. The Review will be published on the Website within 14 days of the Client crediting the amount for the selected Review to the BetterGambling bank account specified in the order. The content of the Review will be created at BetterGambling's sole discretion, following the Product specifications set forth on the Website.
  6. 6.6. BetterGambling hereby notifies the Client and the Client hereby acknowledges that the Review will be marked as a sponsored / paid post on the Website in accordance with applicable law.
  7. 6.7. BetterGambling is entitled to remove the Review if:
    1. 6.7.1. the Client will be in default of any payment for any further Products ordered;
    2. 6.7.2. information about the Client`s brand and/or operation changes in such a way that the review is no longer relevant;
    3. 6.7.3. Client will lose its licence to operate the gambling game pursuant to the Gambling Act or otherwise operates its operation illegally.
  8. 6.8. The Review will also be removed from the Website upon the Client's request sent to email official@bettergambling.eu, within 5 days of receipt of such request.

7. AUCTION

  1. 7.1. The Website Products include the Client's option through the Website to purchase the opportunity to participate in an auction for a position in the Gambling Operator Ranking, which will be published on the Website for a period of three months from the first publication of the results of the auction (hereinafter the " Auction").
  2. 7.2. By entering the Auction, the Client agrees to pay BetterGambling three times the amount of its final bid in the event that it submits the best bid for the Gambling Operator Ranking position for which it is bidding. This amount corresponds to the fact that the results of the Auction will be published on the Website for a period of 3 months.
  3. 7.3. The process of participation in the Auction is as follows:
    1. 7.3.1. the Client shall log into his Client Account or first create a registration in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 3 of these Terms;
    2. 7.3.2. according to the selected Auction category, the Client shall complete the necessary data (first bid values) as specified for each Auction category in paragraph 7.11 of these Terms;
    3. 7.3.3. the Ticket will contain information about access to the virtual auction room, where the Client will select the position (1-10) of the Auction category it is interested in. The position is the place at which the winners of the Auction category will be displayed on the Website;
    4. 7.3.4. Bidding will take place for a set period of time - participants in each type of Auction (Clients) will be able to modify their bid values for the selected position. For this set period of time, Clients will see the bids of other participants in that Auction category for the selected position.
  4. 7.4. The auction runs for a predetermined period of time, as specified for each category and position of the Auction on the Website. At the end of this time period, BetterGambling will determine the winner of each position and notify the Auction participants via Client e-mails.
  5. 7.5. The Client who submitted the best bid in a given category (hereinafter the " Winner") will be determined the winner.
  6. 7.6. After the end of the Auction, the Winner will be invoiced for payment of three times the amount corresponding to its final bid, constituting a "prepayment" for the Auction results to be published on the Website for a period of 3 months. Parts of the payment that cannot be determined in advance (e.g., bonuses for incoming players) will be billed separately after the end of the calendar month in which they occur.
  7. 7.7. If the Winner fails to pay the invoice within 7 days of its issuance, its position will be offered to the next best bidder in the order, and this process will continue until the position is filled and paid.
  8. 7.8. The Winners of each Auction category will be published for that position on the Website with a hyperlink to the Client's Review within 7 days of payment of all Auction Winners' invoices.
  9. 7.9. For Winners who do not already have a Review published on the Website, BetterGambling will prepare the Review in accordance with the procedure described in Article 6 of these Terms, free of charge.
  10. 7.10. The results of the Auction, i.e. the positions of the individual Winners, will be published on the Website for at least three months provided that the Client is not in default with any payment to BetterGambling.
  11. 7.11. Clients can participate in the following categories of Auctions:
    1. 7.11.1. Best casino (F + RS + CPA(B))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B);
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed amount per placement);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per designated action for each new player brought in via the Website).
    2. 7.11.2. No Deposit Bonus 1 (F + RS + CPA(B) + Free Spins (W) + Value (W))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B). Free spins and value per spin will also play an important role. The Client offering a higher number of free spins with a higher value will have a better placement;
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed placement fee);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per specified action for each new player brought in via the Website)
        4. - Free Spins (number of Free Spins);
        5. - Value (Free value on each spin).
    3. 7.11.3. Free spins (F + RS + CPA(B) + Free Spins (W))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B). The Client offering a higher number of free spins will have a better placement;
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed placement fee);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per specified action for each new player brought in via the Website);
        4. - Free Spins (number of Free Spins).
    4. 7.11.4. Deposit Bonus 1 (F + RS + CPA(B) + Percentage (W) (up to amount) + Free Spins (W))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B). In addition, the percentage of the turnover will be assessed on the amount of bets placed by players brought via the Website and the amount of free spins;
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed placement fee);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per designated action for each new player brought in via the Website);
        4. - Percentage (W) (the amount of the percentage of the turnover of the amount of bets of players brought through the Website up to a specified amount);
        5. - Free Spins (number of Free Spins).
    5. 7.11.5. Best bookmaker (F+RS+CPA(B))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B);
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed amount per placement);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per designated action for each new player brought in via the Website).
    6. 7.11.6. No Deposit Bonus 2 (F + RS + CPA(B) + Free Bet (?) + Value (W))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B). Free bets and value will also play an important role. The Client offering a more profitable free bet with a higher value will have a better placement;
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed amount per placement);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per designated action for each new player brought in via the Website);
        4. - Free Bet (Value Free Bet);
        5. - Value (Free value on each spin).
    7. 7.11.7. Free bet (F + RS + CPA(B) + Free Bet (?))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B). Free bets value will also play an important role. The Client offering a more profitable free bet with a higher value will have a better placement;
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed amount per placement);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per designated action for each new player brought in via the Website);
        4. - Free Bet (Value Free Bet).
    8. 7.11.8. Deposit Bonus 2 (F + RS + CPA(B) + Percentage (W) (up to amount) + Free Bet (W))
      1. i. the Winner will be determined by the sum of the fixed amount (F), the revenue share (RS) and the price per designated action of each new player brought in, which must exceed the minimum set amount (B). In addition, the percentage of turnover of the amount of bets placed by players brought via the Website and the amount of the free bet value will be assessed;
      2. ii. each participant in this Auction category shall provide the following values when completing the first bid in accordance with paragraph 7.3.2 of these Terms:
        1. - F (fixed amount per placement);
        2. - RS (percentage of profit from players brought via the Website);
        3. - CPA (a fixed amount per designated action for each new player brought in via the Website);
        4. - Percentage (W) (the amount of the percentage of the turnover of the amount of bets of players brought through the Website up to a specified amount);
        5. - Free Bet (Value Free Bet).

8. PERMISSION TO USE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. 8.1. The Client grants BetterGambling permission to use the trade name, logo, visual identity and other graphic elements, including visual elements (such as screenshots) of the Client's website on which the Client operates gambling (hereinafter the " Graphic Elements") for the purpose of BetterGambling's provision of Products to the Client (hereinafter the " License"). BetterGambling is under no obligation to use the License.
  2. 8.2. The License is granted by BetterGambling
    1. 8.2.1. in an unlimited territorial range;
    2. 8.2.2. in unlimited quantities;
    3. 8.2.3. in an unlimited time range;
    4. 8.2.4. in its original form;
    5. 8.2.5. for online use on the Website;
    6. 8.2.6. for the purpose of providing the Products to the Client.
  3. 8.3. BetterGambling is authorized under paragraph 8.1 of these Terms to post Graphic Elements on the Website in connection with the posting of Reviews and the posting of Auction results.
  4. 8.4. If Client is not authorized to grant BetterGambling a License, BetterGambling grants BetterGambling permission to use the Graphic Elements to the maximum extent that Client is authorized to do so, at least to the extent consistent with the purpose of these Terms. The Client shall secure the permissions of any third parties who may have rights in the Graphic Elements.
  5. 8.5. BetterGambling may assign this License, in whole or in part, to a third party. BetterGambling may sublicense all or any part of the rights comprising this License to a third party in any manner.
  6. 8.6. The Client grants the License under Article 8 of these Terms free of charge.

9. ACCOUNTABILITY

  1. 9.1. The Client shall be responsible for all documents and information submitted and communicated to BetterGambling, in particular in accordance with the procedure set out in paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of these Terms (hereinafter " Materials"). The Client declares that it has obtained all Materials in accordance with the law, that the information provided is true, and that it has all necessary permissions and authorizations from third parties to provide Materials to BetterGambling for further publication on the Website (in the specific manner as per the Product purchased).
  2. 9.2. BetterGambling shall not be liable for defects resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client or for defects caused by third parties.
  3. 9.3. In the event that the use of the Materials in accordance with these Terms and the Contract causes any damage to the BetterGambling or any third party, the Client shall be liable for such damage.
  4. 9.4. The Client agrees to indemnify BetterGambling for any loss or damage BetterGambling incurs in connection with the use of Materials under these Terms and the Contract (including, for example, as a result of a penalty or an obligation to pay compensation or other obligation imposed by a public authority). The Client further agrees to indemnify BetterGambling for any costs that BetterGambling may incur in connection with any third party harm that arises in connection with the use of the Materials.
  5. 9.5. BetterGambling is not responsible for the continuous availability of the Website and does not guarantee its uninterrupted functionality.

10. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

  1. 10.1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the Contract under the terms of the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter the " Civil Code").
  2. 10.2. In the event that BetterGambling provides the Client with a gift together with the Products, the gift agreement shall be concluded with the condition that if the Client withdraws from the Contract, such gift agreement shall cease to be effective and the Client shall be obliged to return the gift to BetterGambling.

11. DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE RIGHTS AND CLAIMS

  1. 11.1. Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the provisions of these Terms.
  2. 11.2. BetterGambling undertakes to provide the ordered Products in the required quality, quantity, without defects and to provide necessary updates to the Website in connection with the Products. A Product is defective if it has any deficiencies. BetterGambling shall be liable for defects in the Products to the extent set out below.
  3. 11.3. The Product is defective if:
    1. 11.3.1. it does not conform to the specifications set out in these Terms and in the Product description on the Website;
    2. 11.3.2. the Product disclosure deadlines under these Terms are not met;
    3. 11.3.3. the content published on the Website about the Client's operation (in particular via the Review) does not correspond to the ordered parameters or contains factual errors;
    4. 11.3.4. the procedure and rules contained in Article 7 of these Terms have not been followed during the Auction.
  4. 11.4. How to make a claim:
    1. 11.4.1. The Client is obliged to file a claim without undue delay after discovering the defect, no later than 3 days from the publication of the Product on the Website or within 3 days from the date of Auction.
    2. 11.4.2. The Client may file a claim with BetterGambling by mail, through their Client Account or by emailing  official@bettergambling.eu.
    3. 11.4.3. In the claim, the Client shall state the name of the Product, the reason for the claim, its business name, representative and contact details to which it can be contacted regarding the claim (we recommend a telephone number, address and e-mail, preferably the same as the Client's e-mail). We also recommend attaching the order number for easier identification of the Products, the issued invoice and the bank statement evidencing its payment.
    4. 11.4.4. In the event that the submission by which the Client claims the Products is incomplete (e.g. illegible, unclear, incomprehensible, without required documents, etc.), BetterGambling will request the Client to complete the claim by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client in the claim or to the Client's e-mail. If the Client does not complete its submission within 10 days of the receipt of the request for completion, BetterGambling will consider the claim to be unfounded.
  5. 11.5. In the event that the claim is accepted, the Client has the right to:
    1. 11.5.1. to have the Review or other information published on the Website corrected or modified;
    2. 11.5.2. alternative access to the Auction on another date or refund of the entrance fee;
    3. 11.5.3. a reasonable discount on the price paid for the Product if the defect cannot be rectified.
  6. 11.6. If the claim is rejected, the BetterGambling shall inform the Client of the reasons for the rejection.
  7. 11.7. BetterGambling is not liable for damages resulting from unused participation in the Auction or for indirect damages caused by defective performance.
  8. 11.8. BetterGambling is not responsible for defects caused by inadequate digital environments used by the Client in connection with the Products.
  9. 11.9. The claim shall not have a suspensive effect on the due date of the invoice or other payments related to the Product.

12. DATA PROTECTION

  1. 12.1. BetterGambling processes the Client's personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Czech Republic and the relevant legislation of the European Union.
  2. 12.2. The Client acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data correctly and truthfully. Information about BetterGambling's processing of personal data is available at https://www.bettergambling.eu/personal-data-protection.

The Parties shall deliver all correspondence (notices concerning the relationship between the Client and BetterGambling, in particular concerning the withdrawal from the Contract) to each other in writing by electronic mail (e-mail) or by registered mail through a postal service provider.
  2. 13.2. The message is delivered:
    1. 13.2.1. in the case of delivery by electronic mail, the moment of its receipt on the incoming mail server; the integrity of messages sent by electronic mail may be ensured by a certificate;
    2. 13.2.2. in other cases according to generally binding legal regulations.
  3. 13.3. When delivering by electronic mail, the Client shall deliver BetterGambling correspondence to official@bettergambling.eu. BetterGambling shall deliver correspondence to the Client at the Client's e-mail.
  4. 13.4. When delivering through a postal service provider, the Client delivers BetterGambling correspondence to V Novém Hloubětíně 874/12, 193 00 Praha 14. BetterGambling shall deliver to the Client paper or other correspondence, the nature of which does not permit electronic dispatch, to the address specified in the order.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. 14.1. BetterGambling is not bound by any codes of conduct in relation to the Client within the meaning of Section 1820(1)(n) of the Civil Code.
  2. 14.2. The Client undertakes the risk of a change of circumstances within the meaning of Section 1765(2) of the Civil Code.
  3. 14.3. These Terms, the Contract and all related relationships between BetterGambling and the Client are governed by Czech law. The Czech general courts shall have jurisdiction to settle disputes arising between the Client and BetterGambling.
  4. 14.4. The Contract is stored electronically with BetterGambling and BetterGambling does not allow access to it.
  5. 14.5. These Terms shall take effect on 04. 12. 2025.
